WordCamp Providence has set their date

This is the first WordCamp for Providence; the local meetup has been active since 2009, and they’re ready to hold their first large-scale event. WordCamp Providence will be held on October 27 at the University of Rhode Island’s Providence campus. The organizers will be posting a formal  call for speakers, sponsors, and volunteers very soon.
