If you want to lead or join an organizing team, review the guidelines and fill out the application. Organizing a WordCamp is a lot of work, but it’s really rewarding.
I have been trying to contact the people who did the last Orlando WordCamp. They have not responded. Should I just assume they are not planning on hosting another one?
David, we’ve just received an application from someone who wants to organize a WordCamp in Orlando and will be talking to them soon. If there’s something we can help you with at WordCamp Central, or if you’re interested in getting involved in organizing a WordCamp in Orlando this year, please email support@wordcamp.org! :)
Join the WordPress Orlando MeetUp group. We are working on this.
