I’m Arman Ansari (Mr. Reza) - an IT Security Advisor at Tribhuvan University and a cybersecurity researcher who’s worked with Microsoft’s Security Response Center (MSRC) and several government institutions. I’ve spent the past few years defending systems, investigating breaches, and building zero-budget security solutions that actually work in the real world. Beyond the code, I’m a Youth Advocate with the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), where I push for digital inclusion, online safety, and empowerment. I believe security should be simple, accessible, and powerful - not something only big budgets can afford.
