With over 15 years of experience as a WordPress Backend Developer, Support Technician, and Site Speed Specialist, I have developed a strong technical foundation in WordPress development, plugin customization, and site optimization. My extensive background in managing WordPress projects for both small businesses and large enterprises has provided me with the skills necessary to deliver efficient, scalable solutions to clients. Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide variety of clients, from rebuilding websites for mom-and-pop businesses to managing plugin updates for more than 500 clients at WebDevStudios' Maintainn. I am particularly proud of my time at NerdPress, where I played a critical role in improving Google Page Speed Insights scores for clients, significantly boosting site performance and SEO. Additionally, my leadership role at Liquid Web allowed me to lead a team of support technicians in delivering exceptional customer service, reducing ticket queues, and resolving complex technical issues. One of my greatest strengths is my ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly, whether through managing plugin updates, optimizing server performance, or providing high-level customer support. I am also passionate about the WordPress community and have contributed as a co-organizer of the Las Vegas WordPress Meetup Group, lead organizer of WordCamp Las Vegas, and co-host of the WPWatercooler podcast.
