With 45+ attendees, the event creates a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space for women of all backgrounds, ages, and experience levels to connect, learn, and share. Whether participants are developers, designers, marketers, entrepreneurs, students, or new to WordPress, the goal is to foster confidence, collaboration, and meaningful community connections while encouraging greater participation in WordPress and open-source contribution.
