About
WordPress Campus Connect RTMSSU 2027 is a half-day, hands-on introduction to WordPress for students at Ratan Tata Maharashtra State Skills University, Nagpur, planned for 17 January 2027!
Around 80 students will learn what WordPress is, how the open source community works, and how to build and launch a real site. Sessions will cover setting up WordPress, choosing themes and plugins, and creating content. We will also talk about careers and freelancing in the WordPress ecosystem and how students can contribute to the project through code, design, documentation, translation, and community events.
Our aim is to give students practical skills they can use right away and a clear path into the global WordPress community.
